What terms apply when you book with Experts Business First?

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Experts Business First (“we”, “us”). They apply to this website, quote requests, and bookings we make for you.

You must be 18 or over to make a booking. If you book for other passengers you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for them.

2. Quotes are not tickets

Prices on destination pages and in emails are indicative until we confirm a booking in writing. Airlines change inventory without notice. A quote may expire. No contract for a specific flight exists until we send a confirmation showing the passenger names, flights, fare rules and the amount payable.

3. How we act

Unless we say otherwise in writing, we act as a retail agent of the airline or other supplier. Your carriage contract is with the airline under its conditions of carriage. We are not the airline.

If we sell a flight-inclusive package as organiser, we will say so on the confirmation and ATOL protection will apply as described there.

4. ATOL

Where we sell an ATOL-protected flight or package, your financial protection is under ATOL protected. You will receive an ATOL Certificate where the scheme requires one. The protection that applies is the protection described on that certificate and in the CAA ATOL scheme — we do not invent extra guarantees.

Some ticket-only sales are not ATOL packages. The confirmation will state whether ATOL applies.

5. Payment

Pay the amount and by the method shown on our invoice or confirmation. We do not use a hidden standard deposit schedule copied from another agency. If a deposit and a balance are required, both will be stated before you pay. Tickets are not issued until cleared funds are received, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Card charges, if any, will be shown before you pay.

6. Names, documents and visas

Names must match the travel document the passenger will use. Airlines charge for name changes and often treat a spelling error as a new ticket. You are responsible for passports, visas, health entry rules and ESTA/ETA-type authorisations. We can point to official sources; we do not replace government advice.

7. Changes and cancellations

After ticketing, change and cancellation fees follow the fare rules of the ticket we issued, plus any administration we disclose in advance. Unused tickets have the value the airline assigns — often none on the cheapest business fares. Ask us to confirm the rules in writing before you pay if flexibility matters.

Schedule changes and cancellations by the airline are the airline’s responsibility under its conditions of carriage. We will help you rebook where we can.

8. Website use

Do not misuse this site (scraping that harms the service, attempting to access other customers’ data, or submitting false enquiries). Content on this site is for information and quoting; it is not live airline inventory.

Links to other sites (airlines, government advice, review platforms) are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy notices apply there.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

For other loss arising from our services as agent, our liability is limited to the commission or booking fee we earned on the relevant booking, except where the law does not allow that limit. We are not liable for the airline’s performance of the flight.

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control (including airline IT, airspace closures and government restrictions).

10. Complaints

Write to info@expertsbusinessfirst.co.uk with your booking reference. If ATOL applies and we cannot resolve a financial-protection issue, the CAA ATOL scheme sets out further routes.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your home courts.
